Fish handling workshop ʹFrom catch to mealʹ
A local coastal fisherman will introduce traditional fishing techniques and tools, the fish of the region and explain how and when certain species of fish is caught.
We will teach how to handle fresh fish - gutting, filleting, and salting. Together we will prepare delicious fish dishes from the catch. During the workshop, we use fresh local seasonal fish and prepare meals based on raw materials.

We wish to value local resources, pass on traditional skills and thereby introduce local culture. We will share knowledge about local fish; you'll learn to cook fish yourself and appreciate it with dignity.
Workshops take place at the fisherman's home yard by prior arrangement.
