Guided tour of Viscosa Culture Factory

Viscosa Culture Factory is an environment open to culture and ideas, built in a century-old artificial silk factory in Kõrgessaare, Hiiumaa. Instead of producing viscose, it was a fish factory for over 50 years. Viscosa Culture Factory brought the old stone buildings — abandoned since 2006 — to life, bringing culture, memories, and emotions to Hiiumaa residents and visitors.

Come and meet Viscosa! We will take you on a tour of the factory and its industrial architecture, tell you colorful stories from the past, and share our exciting plans for the future.

If you wish, we can also offer a mulled wine/coffee break or a delicious lunch or dinner in addition to the tour.
