Kiipsaare Lighthouse

You can reach the Kiipsaare Lighthouse by following the 11 km-long Harilaiu hiking trail. The tower was originally built approximately 100 meters from the beach. Because of the changing coastline, it is located in the sea. It sits on unstable ground, causing its angle of inclination to change constantly. The height of the lighthouse is 26 meters. The marked hiking trail to the lighthouse offers picturesque views of the deserted coastal landscape of Saaremaa.

The lighthouse is located within Vilsandi National Park and can only be reached on foot. The journey from the parking lot to the lighthouse is approximately 5 km, and the lighthouse can only be seen from a distance.
