Recreation area of Joaorg with the town’s beach and beach house is open to all guests all year round. The beach building has a gym, a dressing room and a sauna. A unique view of the Narva Castle and the Ivangorod Fortress can be enjoyed from the rooftop observation deck and from restaurant Rannaresto on the second floor of the building.

There is also a modern basketball court and a car park nearby. 

There are also various sports and cultural events and workshops for children. The beach house rents sports equipment: bicycles, walking poles, volleyballs, badminton sets, and sunbeds.

In 2016 the beach building received a special award for architecture in the contest held by the Estonian Concrete Association.
